 主旨：
本會經內政部103年7月6日台內團字第1030204735號函准設立，並成立籌備會，茲公開徵求會員。

 公告事項：

 一、本會宗旨：
本會發展經系統化的組織編排醫學術語集，以協調在不同的學科、專業和照護地點之間取得一致性。增進醫療資訊交換標準、提高醫療資訊水準，以加強國際醫療資訊之交流。並在未來參與國際健康語彙標準開發組織International Health Terminology Standards Development Organization(IHTSDO)為宗旨。
